2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed upon successful payment via Stripe.

3. Delivery

Services are delivered within 3 working days. Physical goods within 5 working days via Royal Mail.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

5. Returns

Returns must be sent via recorded delivery.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
