NORA are committed to safeguarding your privacy on-line. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you what personal information NORA collect about you and the purposes for which they process this information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites which the NORA site links to.


Personal information about you is collected when you register or fill in a form, on the NORA website or when you send an e-mail to NORA via the NORA website. This information will be used for the purpose for which it is provided, unless you are informed otherwise at the time of giving the information. You may inform NORA at any time if you wish it to cease using your personal information. NORA will, from time to time, also collect information about you that does not reveal your identity. It will use this information for editorial purposes and occasionally for other internal purposes. At all times it will be used in aggregate form and will not be connected to any name, address or other personal identifying information.


NORA may process personal information in order to conduct market research surveys, run competitions and provide you with information about products and services on offer and process your orders for such products and services. NORA may use your contact information to tell you about news or events run by NORA or one of its strategic partners. You may opt out of receiving such mailings by informing NORA at any time you wish to do so.

Due to the international nature of the Internet, the collecting and processing of your personal information in accordance with NORA Privacy Policies will often involve transferring the data between countries in which NORA, and its strategic partners, operate.


This website has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information under NORA control. However, no data transmission of the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and, whilst NORA strive to protect your personal information, they cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk. Once NORA receives the transmission, it will use its best efforts to ensure the security on the system.


NORA do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.


Once all correct information as requested on a form and the correct payment has been made, services will be implemented within three working days and you will receive notification via E Mail to the address provided. Where physical goods are to be dispatched this will be organised within five working days, the normal medium for delivery will be via Royal Mail.


You may return your products or cancel your membership for any reason by giving us written notice within 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods or cancel any memberships under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Where items are to be exchanged, standard postage fees will be charged. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. Processing Fees are non-refundable. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.


In order to return any goods or cancel any memberships, please contact the office within 14 days of purchase – then send your item back to us using a recorded delivery service, enclosing a letter with the goods in the original packaging stating the reason for return – clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The goods must be returned within 14 days of informing us. Processing Fees are non-refundable
