All competitors, co-drivers and authorised team members are required to read and comply with the following information before attending MUDBILLYS Summer Sends 2027.

Competitor arrival: Friday 23rd July 2027, 11:00 am–11:00 pm.
The main gate will reopen at 6:00 am on Saturday for late arrivals.
All competitors must complete sign-on before accessing the track.
The main gate will close at 11:00 pm on Saturday night and reopen at 6:00 am on Sunday for site security and safety.
Competitors wishing to leave the venue during the event should park their road vehicle in the public car park rather than within the competitor paddock.
Departure arrangements, including any permitted Sunday-night stay, will be confirmed in the final event instructions.

Competitor camping is included within the race entry and is located inside the secure competitor paddock.
Each race entry includes camping and paddock access for:
- The registered competitor
- A registered co-driver, where applicable to the class
- One mechanic or plus one
- Children under 16 accompanying the team – free of charge
One additional paddock/camping pass may be purchased per team for a person aged 16 or over at a cost of £100.
No additional persons will be permitted into the competitor paddock unless they are included within the race entry or hold an approved additional paddock pass.
Public and spectator camping tickets are available separately and are located outside the competitor paddock.

Paddock space is limited and vehicle access is strictly controlled.
Each race entry permits ONE support vehicle/setup only, appropriate to the class entered. This may include:
- Race van
- Car and trailer
- Lorry and trailer
Additional vehicles will not be permitted within the paddock.
Any additional road vehicles must be parked within the designated public parking area.

The competitor paddock is restricted to competitors, registered co-drivers and authorised team members.
There is no public access to the competitor paddock.
Wristbands will be issued on arrival and must be worn throughout the event.
No wristband = no paddock access.
Competitor track access will also be refused where the appropriate competitor identification or wristband is not present.
Wristbands will be checked by event security and officials.
One wristband will be issued per authorised person. Replacement wristbands will not normally be issued.

Once a vehicle has been parked within the paddock, unnecessary vehicle movement is not permitted.
During event hours, competitor vehicles may only move when travelling to or from the circuit using the designated Hillbilly Highway or other authorised route.
All paddock and site vehicle movement must be at walking pace.
Pedestrian routes, emergency lanes, fire routes and the Hillbilly Highway must remain clear at all times.
Unauthorised use of pit bikes, e-scooters, e-bikes or similar vehicles within the venue is not permitted.

All competitors must complete the required NORA92 sign-on procedures before participating.
Vehicle eligibility and technical compliance will be managed by the relevant NORA92 officials.
MUDBILLYS does not determine whether a vehicle complies with the technical regulations of its class.
Competitors are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with the appropriate NORA92 regulations before attending the event.
Vehicles and competitors must be presented for scrutineering or inspection when requested.
Any vehicle failing to meet the relevant safety or technical requirements may be refused permission to participate.

Attendance at the official competitor briefing is mandatory.
The final briefing time and location will be confirmed within the event schedule and/or upon arrival.
All competitors must attend the briefing relevant to their class.
Failure to attend the compulsory briefing may result in the competitor being refused permission to race.

All vehicles must display clear and legible race numbers in accordance with the requirements of their class.
Race numbers must be fitted and clearly visible before entering the circuit.
Competitors are responsible for ensuring their race number remains visible throughout the event.

All competitors and co-drivers must wear the appropriate personal protective equipment required under the relevant NORA92 class regulations.
This may include, depending on discipline:
- Approved helmet
- Suitable boots
- Gloves
- Eye protection
- Race suit or appropriate protective clothing
- Additional class-specific safety equipment
Competitors are responsible for ensuring their PPE meets the requirements of their discipline.

All competitor vehicles must:
- Enter the circuit via the designated holding area or holding pen
- Be ready when their class is called
- Follow instructions from officials and marshals
- Use only authorised routes
- Remain outside restricted or prohibited areas
Competitors must not cross, climb or breach barriers or safety fencing.
Barriers and fencing are positioned for competitor and spectator safety.

Saturday will begin with practice sessions during the first track block.
The planned format is three track sessions per class per day, with Saturday’s first session being practice.
The full race schedule will be issued closer to the event and/or on arrival.
The programme may be amended due to:
- Weather
- Track conditions
- Incidents
- Medical emergencies
- Safety requirements
- Operational delays
- Instructions from event officials
Race duration, number of laps or number of sessions may be shortened or changed where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Transponders are mandatory for ALL competitors.
Every competitor must have a working transponder allocated and fitted before entering the circuit.
Transponder hire is included within the race entry fee.
Transponders must be collected as instructed during sign-on.
When collecting a transponder, competitors must leave either:
- A valid driving licence, or
- A physical bank card
The item will be held as a deposit and returned when the allocated transponder is returned.
Each transponder will be allocated against the relevant competitor and/or race number.
No deposit = no transponder.
No transponder = no racing.
Competitors are responsible for the transponder issued to them.
All hired transponders must be returned before leaving the venue at the end of the event.
Lost, damaged or unreturned transponders may be charged at the full replacement cost set by the timing provider.

Refuelling must only take place within the authorised paddock or designated refuelling area.
When refuelling:
- Engines must be switched off
- Smoking is prohibited
- No naked flames are permitted
- Fuel must be stored in suitable approved containers
- Spillages must be dealt with immediately
Fuel, oil, coolant or chemicals must not be discharged onto the ground.
Teams should have suitable spill-control materials available within their paddock setup.

Each race team is strongly advised to have a suitable fire extinguisher readily available within its paddock area.
Fire lanes and emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.
Open fires are prohibited.
Gas BBQs may only be used where permitted by the event organiser and must be raised safely off the ground.

Competitors must follow marshal and official instructions if their vehicle breaks down on the circuit.
Private recovery vehicles must not enter a live circuit unless specifically authorised by event control.
Vehicle recovery will be coordinated by the event team and officials.
Competitors must remain in a safe location and follow marshal instructions while awaiting recovery.

Competitors must not participate while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any substance that may impair their ability to compete safely.
Event officials reserve the right to refuse track access to any competitor considered unfit to participate safely.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the venue.

Medical provision will be available onsite throughout the live event.
The location of the medical point will be identified within the final site information.
All injuries sustained during racing or event activity should be reported to event officials and medical personnel.
Competitors must follow all instructions given by the medical team.

MUDBILLYS is an outdoor motorsport event and may operate in changing weather and track conditions.
For safety reasons, the organisers and officials reserve the right to:
- Delay racing
- Suspend racing
- Shorten sessions
- Amend the track
- Change the race format
- Cancel individual sessions or classes where necessary
Changes made for safety, weather, track conditions or operational reasons do not automatically constitute cancellation of the event.

Generators must be operated responsibly and positioned so they do not create a safety hazard or unreasonable disturbance.
Generators must be switched off by 11:00 pm unless specifically authorised for essential operational use.
Competitors should respect neighbouring teams and the surrounding community.

All teams are responsible for keeping their paddock area clean.
Bins and waste facilities will be provided.
The following must not be discharged onto the venue:
- Engine oil
- Fuel
- Coolant
- Chemicals
- Grey water
- Toilet waste
All hazardous fluids and materials must be removed from site and disposed of responsibly.

Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Children must not ride or drive vehicles around the paddock.
The paddock remains a live motorsport environment and parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children remain within safe areas.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.
Dogs must not be taken into restricted trackside areas, holding pens or other operational motorsport areas.
Owners remain responsible for their animals throughout the event.

The following are prohibited:
- Fires
- Flares
- Fireworks
- Pyrotechnics
- Illegal drugs
- Glass bottles or glass containers
NO GLASS is permitted onsite.
Competitors and team members must respect:
- Event staff
- NORA92 officials
- Marshals
- Medical personnel
- Security staff
- Contractors
- Fellow competitors
- Spectators
Threatening, abusive, dangerous or antisocial behaviour may result in removal from the event and/or withdrawal of racing privileges.

MUDBILLYS and NORA92 officials reserve the right to refuse or withdraw paddock or track access where a competitor or team member:
- Breaches event regulations
- Ignores safety instructions
- Behaves dangerously
- Abuses officials, marshals, staff or other attendees
- Creates an unacceptable safety risk
All reasonable instructions issued by event officials, marshals, security and the organising team must be followed.

MUDBILLYS Summer Sends is a public motorsport event and photography and filming will take place throughout the weekend.
Competitors and vehicles may appear in event photography, video, livestreams, social media, promotional content and other event-related media.
Any specific media permissions or conditions required as part of the competitor entry process will be detailed within the official entry terms.

Race entries are non-refundable once purchased.
Competitors are responsible for ensuring they are available to attend before completing their entry.
Where a competitor is unable to participate due to a genuine medical reason, a refund may be considered at the discretion of MUDBILLYS where valid medical evidence is provided.
Entry transfers may be permitted at the discretion of MUDBILLYS and NORA92, provided the replacement competitor and vehicle meet all relevant class and regulatory requirements.
Entries must not be privately sold or transferred without prior approval.
If MUDBILLYS cancels the event and the event is not rescheduled, the relevant race entry fee will be refunded in accordance with the event booking terms.

Competitors should arrive prepared for a full outdoor motorsport weekend and bring suitable equipment for the expected weather conditions.
Recommended personal items include:
- Drinking water
- Sun cream
- Hats
- Wet-weather clothing
- Warm clothing
- Suitable footwear
- Personal medication and essentials
Toilets and drinking water facilities will be available onsite.

Competitor Agreement
By entering and attending MUDBILLYS SUMMER SENDS 2027, competitors and authorised team members agree to comply with:
- These Competitor Information & Site Regulations
- The applicable NORA92 regulations
- Venue rules
- Safety instructions
- All reasonable instructions issued by event officials, marshals, medical teams, security staff and the organising team
Failure to comply may result in removal from the circuit, paddock or event.
