March didn’t just mark the start of the Motocross championship – it felt like the moment the NORA CRS Development Team stepped out of the gates and said, “Right then, let’s show everyone what we’ve been building.”
February 28th / March 1st
The season kicked off with a bang – and a whole lot of mud – as several of our riders headed to Monster Mountain to line up with Cotswolds Youth and AMX Club. Conditions were wet, tough, and definitely character building, but the boys dug deep and delivered some brilliant early season results.

The following weekend saw team riders Seb Brown, Freddie Joyner, Max Beard and Ronnie Morgan head to Bromsberrow with Severn Valley for some deep, sandy conditions.
Seb lined up for his first race of the season, pushing hard throughout the weekend. With steady improvements each moto, he wrapped things up with a strong 5th overall.
Freddie dug deep in every race, battling for positions from start to finish. His consistency and determination paid off with a well earned 3rd place podium.
Max stayed dialled in all weekend, nailed some seriously strong starts, and backed it up with a well earned 3rd overall.
Ronnie made the most of his starts and fought off some tough competition, securing race wins and ultimately claiming the top step of the podium for the weekend.

Rafe and Ronnie kicked off their MXGB Youth Championship campaign at FatCat Moto Parc, lining up against some of the UK’s most elite young riders. The pressure was high, the conditions were brutal, but both boys rose to the challenge.
Rafe dug deep all weekend, showing real grit after a tough start in Motos 1 and 2. His resilience paid off – he fought back hard to secure 6th overall, banking a solid haul of championship points and proving he’s right where he belongs in this field.
Ronnie faced the rough, unforgiving FatCat sand head-on. Despite a difficult start in Moto 2, he kept his composure, stayed laser focused, and pushed right to the flag. His determination earned him an impressive 9th overall, a brilliant result in such stacked competition.
Both riders showed maturity, fight, and belief – a strong opening round and a statement of intent for the season ahead.
Freddie headed to Littlehempston for Round 2 of the Southerly MXC Championship, and despite taking a tumble during practice the day before, he refused to let it hold him back. Moto 1 brought a tough start, but Freddie dug in, kept his head up, and went back out for Moto 2 determined to give everything he had. It may not have been a highlight weekend on paper, but that’s racing – and his grit, commitment, and refusal to quit shone through.
Meanwhile, Ollie travelled to English Bicknor with Severn Valley for his debut in the Youth Group aboard his 250cc. He settled in quickly, showing strong pace throughout the day and battling hard at the front of the pack. With a mix of 4th and 3rd place finishes, Ollie secured an impressive 2nd overall for the weekend – a fantastic achievement for his first outing on the 250cc and a brilliant marker of what’s to come.

Freddie and Jesse headed to Clearwell with Cotswold Youth and AMX Club.
Jesse delivered a determined performance this weekend, fighting his way through the field with real intent. The standout moment came in Race 3, where he launched out of the gate, grabbed the holeshot, and finally ticked off a goal he’s been chasing for a long time. He wrapped up the day with 9th overall – and an even bigger smile.
Freddie, meanwhile, faced a weekend of mechanical setbacks at Clearwell, battling persistent clutch issues and a frustrating flat tyre. None of it stopped him. He kept pushing, kept fighting, and turned a challenging day into a brilliant result, securing 4th overall through sheer resilience and determination.
Two riders, two very different challenges, but the same heart, grit, and refusal to give in. A strong reflection of what makes your team special.
Ronnie, Rafe, Seb and Theo all made the trip to FatCat Moto Parc for the opening round of the Plews Tyres British Masters Motocross Championship – and it proved to be another brutally tough weekend at the sand track. Even with the added challenge of switching circuits on day two, the boys showed real grit and refused to back down.
Ronnie opened his championship campaign with solid pace, despite battling a few bike issues along the way. His determination paid off in style on day two when he launched out of the gate, grabbed the holeshot, and backed it up with strong results to secure 4th overall – a brilliant start to the series.
Rafe put his speed and race craft to work on day one, earning an impressive 4thplace finish. Day two brought a new layout and fresh challenges, but he adapted like a pro, showing real resilience throughout the motos. Even after a crash in the final race, he still walked away with 11th overall, proving his toughness and consistency.
Seb and Theo headed to FatCat for a nonchampionship weekend – a perfect chance to focus on learning, track time and building confidence. And it definitely delivered on that front.
Seb enjoyed a strong weekend, getting stuck into some great battles and coming out on top more than once. His pace and race craft continue to grow with every outing.
Theo took on the demanding FatCat sand with determination, using the motos to settle into the track and build his rhythm. He kept a solid pace throughout, learned a lot along the way, and wrapped up the day 18th overall – valuable experience that will serve him well moving forward.
Both boys walked away with lessons, progress and momentum – exactly what these development weekends are all about.
