NORA CRS END THE BRITISH CUP SEASON ON A HIGH!

The NORA CRS Development Team headed into Gossington for the final round of the NORA92 British Cup Championship with it all to play for and the riders didn’t disappoint!

All eyes were on Freddie as the team headed into the final round, sitting just 13 points behind the championship leader — but he didn’t let the pressure touch him. He delivered an incredible last round and clinched 3rd place in the Big Wheel championship standings for 2026, a brilliant achievement to cap off his season.

That wasn’t our only success of the weekend, with Ronnie taking 2nd places in 3 out of the 4 races, he managed to bag some championship points and came 4th in the Small Wheel Championship, just 3 points behind 3rd, he also managed to bag 2nd overall on the day! Ollie finished the championship standings in the top 10, taking 9th place in what is an incredibly competitive Youth group!

Although the 2026 season has been tough for the team, with multiple riders out injured at different points, their determination never wavered. They kept pushing, kept showing up, and gave everything they had — and they proved that at Gossington. Every single one of the boys rode with heart, leaving the whole team genuinely happy with how the season came to a close.

Team manager Gemma Barton, had this to say to the team’s performance:

“Wow… what an incredible season it has been for the NORA CRS Development Team at the NORA92 British Cup Championship, and we truly ended on a high at Gossington. I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of the boys. Their hard work and determination have shone through from start to finish. 👊🏼🏁
We’ve come away with some outstanding championship results: Freddie securing 3rd in the Big Wheels, Ronnie taking 4th in the Small Wheels, and Ollie earning an impressive 9th in the Youth. And of course, one of the standout moments of the season — Seb delivering the team’s first ever British Cup Race Win at Landrake… a year of milestones I won’t forget.👊🏼
Even with several riders missing parts of the season due to injury, their determination never wavered. They kept pushing, kept showing up, and never gave up! 💥
With the 2026 season now coming to an end, I honestly can’t wait for 2027 to begin. This year has set such a strong foundation — and I know we’re not just going to repeat it; we’re going to improve on it. With some exciting things already in the pipeline, I’m certain that 2027 will be our year to show everyone exactly who we are, what we stand for, and just how far this team can go🩵💚”

Gemma also went on to say:

“I’d also like to take a moment to thank everyone who makes the NORA92 British Cup Championship happen. Carl and his team have delivered an incredible series throughout 2026, and we’ve genuinely loved every second of it. As a team, we can’t wait to be back in 2027, ready to push even harder and fight for those championship titles.”
