Roy Barton, director of NORA Motorsport, together with Coach Robb Beams, CEO of Complete Racing Solutions (CRS) and U.S Nutritional Specialist, co-founded the NORA CRS Development Team in 2022 with the vision of wanting to work with a select few riders to improve their performance on and off the bike, in a unique and innovative way.

With the existing riders moving forward into year 2, the NORA CRS Development Team took the decision to expand their vision and introduce more up and coming young talent for the upcoming season. Making it 12 riders between the ages 10 to 19 to complete the 2024 rider line up.

Along with expanding the rider line up for 2024, NORA CRS have also been working with new and existing partners to help support the riders outside of the Nutritional support the from Coach Robb. This season welcomes former 8-time British Champion, Stephen Sword on board as the team Riding Coach, passing on his vast on track knowledge to the riders.

Back supporting the NORA CRS Development team for another year are Race FX and Bell who have offered up Race Helmets! DEP and Motoverde are remaining for 2024, with discount across their products. Sports Insure are also back supporting the riders with performance bonuses at select events throughout the year. Monsters of Dirt have upped their partnership for 2024 by designing the bike graphics and supplying great deals!

New for 2024, MotoLoko have partnered up with NORA CRS to supply bespoke race and paddock wear, making sure the team stay looking sharp! Muscle Doctor have jumped on board for the upcoming season, offering rider discounts across their products. Thornbury MX are supporting the team riders by giving them access to their venues for practice throughout the year. Finishing up the new partners for 2024, is So&So Marketing, who are working with the riders offering media training with various workshops throughout the year.

The NORA CRS Development Team would like to take the time to say thank you to all the above partners for making the vision of the team a reality.

2024 is set to be an amazing year for the NORA CRS Development Team with all the riders set to appear at MX Master Kids in Cumbria as well as all three Rounds of the NORA92 British Cup Championship at various venues, select riders will also be taking part in the newly formed NORA Pro Championship. You can also catch all the team riders throughout the year at various national events, as well as NORA club Championships across the country!
