NORA CRS Development Team—a dedicated Youth and Amateur Motocross programme powered by NORA Motorsport, a UK governing body, in partnership with U.S.-based performance and nutrition specialist Coach Robb of Complete Racing Solutions. Together, we’re committed to supporting emerging riders with a holistic approach to athletic development, combining expert coaching, wellness, and race-day readiness.
For 2026, the NORA CRS Development Team continues its mission to elevate Youth and Amateur motocross athletes through this proven programme led by Coach Robb. By working with a select group of riders, we focus on enhancing performance both on and off the bike through tailored analysis and the integration of physical training, wellness, nutrition, and mental conditioning—an approach successfully implemented across the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand.
With Joe Clayton as our on-track coach, a NORA-verified professional with years of elite racing experience, our riders benefit from expert guidance rooted in real-world competition. Joe brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and passion to every training and race day, helping each athlete sharpen their skills and build confidence on the bike.
Entering our fourth season, we’re proud to welcome back returning riders Rafe Symons and Jesse James, whose dedication continues to inspire. Joining them are seven talented new additions, all aged between 11 and 15, each bringing fresh energy and ambition to the team. Together, this dynamic group represents the future of UK motocross—driven, determined, and ready to chase their dreams on the path to becoming tomorrow’s champions.
We’re proud to welcome Brett Wilkinson, the current British Sidecar Champion and ranked third in the world, to the NORA CRS programme. With our tailored support, Brett is focused on gaining every possible advantage in his pursuit of the 2026 World Title.
