Good weekend at Walterstone with Cotswold Youth and AMX Club.
SATURDAY
Race 1 – Strong start to the weekend, finishing 3rd, with a pretty good start
Race 2 – the heavens opened, making the conditions really tricky as it was so slippery. Crashed in the 2nd lap, but managed to get back to 5th place, narrowly missing P4.
Race 3 – strong racing again, finishing P3
SUNDAY
Race 1 – Tough at the start, but managed to pull back to P3
Race 2 – managed to get out of the gates really well and maintain P2
Overall, pretty happy finishing in 3rd on the weekend. P2 would have been possible if it hadn’t been for the crash on Saturday.
