Really good way to start off the AMCA Events Championship at Fatcats. Fitness, hydration, rest and fuelling myself up was absolutely key- great lessons learnt from Coach Robb!
Qualified P1, which secured me a good gate pick for the entire weekend.
Saturday
R1: bad start, but managed to come back to P2
R2: good start and led the first lap and finished P3
Sunday
R1: hole-shotted and led the beginning of the race, finishing with P3
R2: another decent start. Unfortunately, I was unlucky whilst running in 2nd with backmarkers and dropped to P3.
Really pleased to get 2nd overall on the weekend – 1 point behind the leader, Wyatt McGregor.
