🏁 MUDBILLYS SUMMER SENDS 2026
Competitor Information & Site Regulations

📍 ARRIVAL & ACCESS
Competitor arrival: Friday 24th July 2026, 11:00am – 11:00pm
Main gate reopens 6:00am Saturday for any late arrivals
All competitors must sign on upon arrival before accessing paddock or track
Gates close 11:00pm Saturday night and reopen 6:00am Sunday
(For site security and safety)

🏕️ COMPETITOR CAMPING
Camping is included with your race entry
Camping is within the secure competitor paddock
Entry includes camping for:
Competitor
Mechanic / Plus One
Children under 16 (FOC)

🚫 No additional people are permitted in the paddock outside of the race entry
Spectators and public camping tickets are available separately but are located outside the paddock in designated areas.

🚗 VEHICLE ALLOCATION (STRICT)
Due to limited paddock space, vehicle access is strictly limited.
Each race entry permits:
ONE vehicle only
(race van, car + trailer, or lorry + trailer depending on class)
🚫 No additional vehicles are allowed in the paddock — no exceptions
All other vehicles must use public parking.

🔒 PADDOCK ACCESS & WRISTBANDS
The paddock is STRICTLY competitors-only
NO public access to the paddock
Wristbands will be issued on arrival
Wristbands MUST be worn at all times
No wristband = no paddock access / no track access
Wristbands will be checked by security and officials
One wristband per person — no replacements

🛣️ VEHICLE MOVEMENT
No vehicle movement once parked in the paddock
If you need to leave during the weekend, park in the public car park before entry
No vehicles move during event hours, except:
Driving to/from the track via the Hillbilly Highway
Walking pace only at all times — slower is safer

🏁 TRACK ACCESS
All vehicles must:
Enter the circuit via the holding pen
Be ready when called
No riding or driving through prohibited areas
Do not climb or breach fencing — barriers are in place for safety

⏱️ RACE FORMAT
Practice sessions on Saturday
3 races per day
Full race schedule issued on arrival
Schedule subject to change

📡 TRANSPONDERS
Transponder required to be scored
Must be booked online in advance
Limited availability on the day (first come, first served)
No transponder = no scoring

📜 REGULATIONS
All vehicles must comply with NORA92.com regulations
MUDBILLYS does not scrutineer vehicles
Competitors are responsible for compliance

🚫 GENERAL SITE RULES
No fires, flares or fireworks
No drugs
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
Children must be supervised at all times
Respect staff, officials, marshals and fellow competitors
Use bins provided and keep the site tidy

📱 EVENT COMMUNICATION
Competitors providing a mobile number will be added to the official competitors WhatsApp group
Used for schedules, updates and announcements
